  1. This is a great write up. Loved it! Good job and congrats on those rug rats LoL. I stopped at one. Fitness is the key. There is nothing like understanding your body. As far as the acid reflux, if you were having a lot of coffee and hitting it hard, you proly needed more protein. That happened to me too.
